Our handmade with love graphics are personalised and provided on the following days for member's. On average our graphic designers make around 500 a month and this is not including our personalised heavenly birthday or angelversary graphics. Many of our parents will print them and add them to their memory boxes. For 10 years we have been offering this service to our families free of charge. A special keepsake that warms the heart and available for our parents and grandparents. Each one completed by one of our trained graphic designers who are bereaved parents themselves.
Below is a list of the days that we schedule for our personalised graphic's and we ask that you allow 7-14 days for them to be completed, as this depends on the volume of requests we receive
and also our volunteer's weekly schedules. I know personally that it has brought me closer to many bereaved parents and grandparents. As well as being a conversation starter. We have never and never will charge for our graphics, we have as I stated earlier been completing them for 10 days as a special keepsake for our bereaved families, but what we do ask is manners as they simply cost nothing but allow our volunteer's to know they are appreciated.
Sunday Requests are available from 10am until 10am on Tuesday's
Wednesday Requests are available from 10am until 10am on Friday's
Friday Requests are available from 10am until 10am on Sunday's
Once a graphic has closed we cannot add anymore names to the list, this is because our Admin will have all ready recorded all names, and if we open it for one it would be unfair not to open it for another. Many will have completed their lists and only work 1 day a week. So, we have to ensure that we respect their time on and offline too. One thing for sure is we always have a running graphic and the reason being is sometimes it is the first time parents come across our page and we do not want to say come back another day. It could be the day they have reached out for the first time, and many of us have had this experience and it does affect you personally. Because if you never felt alone before you should would receiving a reply back, asking you to come back when people are online.
We also complete special individual personalised graphic's for Angelversary's and Heavenly Birthdays, we do not do one for due dates simply because we could not accommodate the demand. We understand that for some parents as we said earlier it could be their first time, so if we our Graphic Designer is not online then one of the team will try their utmost to complete a graphic for your special day. Again, please remember we are limited for time.
Special event graphics require you to follow the post in sharing, and openly so it helps create awareness and let others know they are not alone on this journey. We do not take message or email requests for graphics, and never have done. So, please be mindful as we are an open community and not only are they completed as a keepsake for families, but also as a way of helping to promote awareness of baby and child loss.
We ask graphics are not edited as all our graphics are watermarked. If we find this happening then we remove members. Within the baby loss community this is frowned upon as someone will have created that specific graphic in memory of a baby and took the time and connected to do so. So, please it is a wonderful way of us giving to you a special keepsake, and vice versa a gift for you to remember your precious little ones from, let us not spoil that!
