This session is beautiful and a great way to spend the end of a long day, especially if it has been a rough one. Take some time out lie on your bed with earphones and just follow her lead. or grab a space on the sofa, even in the bath, Yes, I know but it is wherever you can, and wherever you are comfortable and will switch off from the world. I have enjoyed these sessions, and now being every week on YouTube it is great because, if I do miss a session then it is there to go back too and listen, and there are so many other recorded sessions that I can listen to free of charge. I cancelled my CALM App after a few sessions, and I have never looked back.
