Beyond the Stars - Baby Grace

Today, is a special day for us at Handmade with Love and Making Memories, and all the team at Angel Parents UK & Worldwide. It is a special and very precious little girl angelversary who grew her wings. We had the honour of sharing her journey in our "Beyond the Stars" post in 2024, not long after Nicole volunteered with us. Her name is Grace Mclellan,. Baby Grace as we call her on her graphics. So today we are honoured to create a special graphic or two in her memory. Sending all our love from the team to Nicole, Dad, and siblings, we will be lighting a candle tonight in her memory at 10 pm, UK time. Shine bright tonight little one.
